History of Fuddruckers

Founded by in 1980, you can find the headquarters to Fuddruckers in Austin, Texas as of today.  They have over 250 locations that are located around the world.  Most of them can be found here in the United States of America.

Austin based Magic Brands owns Fuddruckers and back in April of 2010, they had declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  While some of their locations have closed, a lot remain opened, because Luby’s Cafeterias had bought them out.

Job Description / Average Wage

Cashier: You will be in charge of running the cash register up front.  When the customer comes in, you will take the order, as well as place it.  You will handle the cash, as well as make sure the customer is satisfied with his/her purchase.  The average wage is $7 to $11 a hour.

Line Cook: You will work in the kitchen.  You will prep the food,  as well as close down the kitchen.  You will cook all orders that come back to you to perfection.  You will also assist with other various tasks such as taking out garbage, when the time is slow.  The average wage is $7 to $11 a hour.

Associate: You will work the main lobby of the store.  You will make sure that the burger bar is clean, as well as freshly stocked.  You will also clear tables, and take orders from customers, if they need assistance, and more.  You’re going to also help with the kitchen in the back with any help that they need.  The average wage is $8 to $11 a hour plus tips on occasion.

Shift Leader: The shift leader is going to be in charge of watching over the restaurant when the main manager isn’t in.  You’re going to be in charge of assigning tasks, making sure that the store is running great, as well as helping with other tasks that the other associates need help with.  You’re going to answer to the main manager.  The average wage is anyhwere from $11 to $14 a hour.
