Job Description / Average Wage

Package Handler: Your responsibilities include sorting packages, as well as helping drivers load up their trucks.   The package handler is going to organize boxes, load up the trucks, as well a help the drivers load up their truck when the arrive at the warehouse.     You will be paid on a hourly basis.   This job involves a lot of heavy lifting, as well as standing on your feet.   The average wage is from $9 to $15 a hour.

Interview Tips

As an International company, FedEx hires potential workers only after the stringent application process. The job interview will be in series — one-on-one interview and then panel interview; these are all after the personality exams and background checks. You should be prepared for the job interview which the company will schedule and you will be notified in advance about it.
