Country Market Manager Salary / Salary Range
The manager for Country Market restaurant handles a variety of task that they have to accomplish on a daily basis. The manager should be able to resolve customer complaints about the food or the quality of service they are provided. The manager must maintain a healthy relationship with their clients.
The manager also has to provide reports to the upper management that will detail every aspect of the restaurant as to give insights to the management. They closely monitor staff and provide feedback as part of their development. The manager also conducts training that could benefit the staff.
Manager
- Salary: A manager usually gets anywhere between $35,000 and $40,000. This will be based on the experience.
- Bonuses: Cash bonus is not made available to the employee holding this position. Profit Sharing: Currently, the company does not provide options to get shared profits as part of the bonus plan.
- Stock Options: Stock options are also not made available by the company.
