Job Description/Average Wage

Project Analyst II: This position will oversight committee including scheduling conferences, arranging meeting s materials, tracking action items to conclusion and reporting template safeguarding. The position will organize the yearly review of all statements of work to guarantee all services are suitably covered and SLA is still put at the accurate level. This person will accumulate meeting materials and sustain log of reports and contacts, gather reports monthly, evaluate reports for completeness and meaningfulness, consolidate into reporting package and sustain some of the reporting templates to provide clear and precise reporting on SLA’s.

The annual average pay for this position is around $55,000-$60,000.

Lean Change Agent: The purpose of the Lean Change Agent role is to work beside the Lean Leader to employ Lean Transformation within the project locations. The Lean Change Agent will work in a professional role to transport agreed upon goals and perform as a coach to operations management to build up their Lean capability. You will perform process analytics and or local analytics to classify the key opportunities within the project spot.

Expected income for annual position is $30,000-$48,000.

Customer Survey Agent: A Customer Survey Agent will formulate outbound calls to on hand Citizens Bank customers to complete a client happiness survey to determine the customer’s level of contentment with the bank thus far. This organizes resources to optimize individual and group performance. Branch manager is also liable for branch compliance with bank policies, methods, and operational reliability.

The yearly salary for this position is $34,000 to $70,000.

Teller: This position will serve as the primary contact for clients. The teller helps fresh and current clients of the Bank with account dealings and uncovers sales opportunities. As well, he/she performs like a resource in classifying and resolving customer servicing dilemmas. This position will greet and welcome every client as they enter the branch.

The average wage offered is around $10-$12 per hour.
