Azteca Mexican Restaurants was opened on September, 1974. Over several years, this company has grown into several restaurants.

As a family restaurant, Azteca Restaurant offers a wide selection of Mexican salads, soups, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, and a “Little Amigo™ , all served in a warm Hacienda-style atmosphere. Azteca also features a broad range of non-alcoholic beverages, and entrees available for those watching calories, featuring Broiled Chicken Breasts served with Rancho (colesterol-free) beans.

This restaurant has been a recipient of several awards that will manifest its excellence in the field.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Bartender: This position is deals with customers every time – providing them with any assistance they may need; attend to customer inquiries; consistently provide beverages to recipe in a friendly guest-first manner. He/She is also to maintain a well-presented, well-stocked, and clean beverage station.

Cashier: This person greets every guest that enters the restaurant and merchandise beverages; handle cash properly from payment of the customers; he must thank every guest and also assist other workers when needed.

Assistant Manager: This position will be responsible in maintaining excellent food quality and guest service by leading for the training and development of the restaurant staff. He/She will also help in building sales, controlling costs. He/She should be learning all aspects of the business so he can better assist the general manager.

Restaurant General Manager: This person manages and directs the entire operation of the restaurant. He/She is to ensure that everyone works to attain the goals of the company. He/She will also plan and organize the restaurant activities; train and hire employees and direct and ensure high quality products offered for the customers.

Prep Cook: This position will prepare/cook food for guests; maintain cleanliness of all equipment, utensils and working areas; coordinate prep amounts with managers, follow recipe instructions, use checklists and prep sheets, and responsible for following safe food handling guidelines.
